Si Wong Geh Submissions
Si Wong Geh is a quarterly magazine published by the Friends of Ganondagan that is devoted to the history and culture of the Seneca and other Haudenosaunee people, the natural history and sciences in the Haudenosaunee homeland, personal stories, Haudenosaunee stories and legends, news of the Ganondagan State Historic Site, craft projects, puzzles, and other varied content.
Starting with 2012, all issues of Si Wong Geh will follow a specific theme that echoes the theme ("fibers & Threads") for our 2012 programming and events. The issue themes will be as follows:
Spring 2012, "Web of Life"
The threads that connect us to the natural world, both physical and spiritual

Format and Submittal
The Editor of Si Wong Geh welcomes original essays and articles for the magazine. Please contact the Editor at newsletter@ganondagan.org if you wish to submit an article for the magazine. Please include a brief description of the article and approximate length. Articles should be no more than 500 words. Please contact editor if there are questions.
Articles:
- Articles may be edited for length and content.
- Publication is not guaranteed.
- Articles must be original, not copyright protected work. Reprint permission must be given, as necessary, for previously published works.
- Submitted articles may appear online via an electronic version of the newsletter or the Ganondagan.org website as well as the print version of the newsletter.
- Additional content (links, pictures, additional content, etc.) may be submitted to accompany the article on the Ganondagan.org website. Contact Editor for details.
- Articles are only accepted in electronic format. They can be submitted in these formats: .doc/.docx (MS word), .txt (standard text file) or .rtf (formatted text file.)
- Submit articles to and contact the Editor at newsletter@ganondagan.org
Photos/Images:
- All images submitted must be high resolution. Images that are 300 dpi are best but lower dpi images may be usable. Contact the Editor with questions.
- Images by must be original, not copyright protected work. Reprint permission must be given, as necessary, for previously published works. If a free-use image is used, please include the site from which it was downloaded.
- Publication is not guaranteed.
- Submitted images may appear online via an electronic version of the newsletter or the Ganondagan.org website as well as the print version of the newsletter.
