Pumpkin Cake

1 package (18.5 oz.) yellow cake mix
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 package (4 serving size) vanilla instant pudding mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup water
3 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cloves

Beat all ingredients until well blended. Pour into greased and floured 13x9" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack. Top with Spiced Cream Cheese Frosting.


Spiced Cream Cheese Frosting

1 8oz. package of cream cheese
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
16oz. confectioners' sugar

Beat ingredients except for the sugar together until well-blended. Gradually beat in sugar until light and fluffy.
